Boxes. These boxes are made using our custom built laminating
machine. Our insulated boxes are made with ¼" foam and metallized
film that is laminated to the outside of a corrugated box. Combined
with our ¼" foil/foam insulated bag our insulated box can easily

These cost effective insulating covers can be made with 1/8" or 1/4" foam and a high density liner can also be laminated to the inside of the foam for extra tear strength.
Many perishable shipping industries including Seafood, Meats, Chocolates, Wine, Cheeses and Paint have benefited from the thermal protection provided by our covers. The foam/foil combination is comparable to Styrofoam in insulating properties.

| Package Depot is a large manufacture of foam pouches. We produce over 10 million pouches every year for the moving and storage, art, trophy, and manufacturing industries. Our custom built pouch machines require little changeover time for quick turnaround on small or large volume runs. We currently make pouches out of white, anti-static and recycled green polyethylene foam in thicknesses of 1/16, 3/32, 1/8 and 1/4. These cost effective insulating covers can be made with 1/8" or 1/4" foam and a high density liner can also be laminated to the inside of the foam for extra tear strength. The covers come in nine stock sizes but Package Depot specializes in custom manufacturing, so give them a call. |

| This process allows Package Depot to produce unique materials by providing different thicknesses of components to customize almost any client order. By adjusting the thickness of the foam different levels of thermal protection are achieved. The polyethylene film provides great tear resistance and can be applied to both sides of the foam layer (film/foam/film) to produce a very tough thermal material. |
